This hotel is amazing, and foremost the staff. The team is incredibly friendly and they all seem to work together really well. Special thanks to Indra, Yogi, and Immanuel for looking after me so well. And thanks to Angga Adepani & Hendry for the lovely room decoration. They even wrote me a note in Dutch. :-) The food needs a special mention as well, I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast and their Saté was mouth watering. Can highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

"An address to recommend in Malang"

The Grand Mercure hotel was recommended to me, and I spent two wonderful nights there. The lobby is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed, creating a great first impression upon arrival. The rooms are immaculate. Beautiful gardens. The staff deserves special mention: everyone was attentive and very helpful, always with a smile. You feel welcome and well taken care of. A good establishment that I highly recommend for a stay in Malang. Thanks again to all the staff for their warm welcome and farewell. See you soon!
