Nothing it was flooded on arrival and all bedroom furniture was in the living room!

Massive leak! All bedroom furniture was in the living room. The bedroom carpet was beyond soaked! Living room flooring also in a terrible state. No running water. The owner didn’t answer my calls or emails and I spent two days trying to get this sorted. I was promised to be moved to another apartment and another night added. But NO contact from the owner dispute been told over 5 times he would call and email me with the new apartment details. No new apartment details ever received even after making more than 50 calls and spending over 10 hours on the phone over two days. I was eventually told I would get a refund… but let’s see if that happens… plus I am due to get the £100 deposit refunded aswell. this is beyond a joke? The owner James is horrible, rude and seems to be more bothered about the money than the service and properties he is renting out!

Damp in all rooms… heaters don’t work very cold in apartment… washing machine noise for 3 hours plus door lock was an issue couldn’t open it took us 20 mins to try and enter bathroom door wouldn’t close / nobody would answer the phone as we had issues with the property…

absolutely disgusting, needed painting and professionally cleaning no cups cutlery or towels provided, damaged and blown floors from previous water leaks, James is the rudest person ever, he literally does not care about anyone or anything, the toilet seat was completely snapped In two, no light bulbs broken sink, the front door lock is broken the place is a joke. Steer Clear of this Property.
