Spacious rooms, clean, breakfast good, front desk staff tried to be helpful however no authority. Noisy club music? til 5am, for us Oldies too much and little sleep. A couple of exterior booking sites state free parking which is incorrect. These last 2 comments would encourage us not to stay again.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Flies in the bed Freezing cold in the room My son is now full of cold!!! Manager attitude is disgusting !!! The mannerisms was foul The man said he was going to write a report on the tv no working to find out he didn’t in the morning they all in it together!

Would recommend this Hotel. Staff were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for them, very helpful. Checking in was straight forward. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, It served our purpose.

Lovely clean rooms. Staff great, especially Huda at reception. Central to nearby pubs, restaurants and sports ground. All good until 11.30pm when a nearby nightclub kicked off. Earplugs are provided and required.

Breakfast is advertised from 6:00am, when I checked in I was told 7:00am. I was catching a train to London at 6:40 . I would have stayed at the Merque Hotel
