Wasn't particularly easy to find as wasn't sign posted very well! But once we were inside we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff, said her name was "maryam". Very pleasant and helpful. Great room Great service Breakfast wasy easy and nice Would stay again Thanks

This hotel is beautiful, clean and very welcoming . We enjoyed our stay and even wanted to extend our time 😅It’s close to the city center and the other site seeing parts of south Wales . Thanks to management for maintaining the standards of this hotel .

Comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.

The area is very central, so can be quite noisy, there is a night club near the hotel, it was very loud on Friday night. Our room was not very clean tbh, the trash bin was not emptied after a previous guest and the bathroom required a better clean. But overall it was ok, bedlinen were clean, towels were new and fluffy, thank you for bottled water in the room, it's a very nice thought.

Lovely hotel if run properly, had to ask for towels, bed was never changed in 5 days, milk tea sugar was never filled up, bin was never emptied, heating was to much, no air condensation on windows and was running off. Yes I reported all but nothing was ever done 1/10

Very cheap Looks like an old premier inn Good condition Oddly I had an extra mattress on the floor in my room that wasn’t made up…? Breakfast was reasonable and good to have included Easy walking distance to shops etc and there was a car park (NCP) that was reasonable nearby

2nd time staying as a back up to my usual hotel in Newport, room was functional and clean. Issue with drainage in the shower, very slow to drain away. Kettle did not work, it tripped the room power but was able to trip back in on the rcd in the room. Breakfast was a simple continental type, with cereals, bread for toast, and some cheeses and meats. Only a domestic toaster so there was a wait to use. But overall a pleasant stay.

Was nice and quiet , wasn’t the cleanest , carpet looked as if It hadnt been hoovered and grubby marks on the walls

I stayed here for 2 nights. Thursday and Friday night. The hotel is in the middle of town so it is very noisy because of the pubs and clubs playing their music until 3am. The hotel was a very nice place to stay and the room was very clean and modern. Breakfast in the mornings were continental but there was a good selection to choose from. Apart from the music in the early hours of the morning I would stay here again.
