Es ist ein wundervolles Hotel, man kann dir richtig gut entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen schmeckt wunderbar und es gibt auch eine Englische Karte.

Muhteşem bir deneyim, olağanüstü bir doğa, tertemiz hava. Japonya’da deneyimleyebileceğiniz nadide güzelliklerden biri. 1 gece kaldık ve akşam 11’de otelde olabildik. Akşam saatlerinde ulaşım zor ve korkutucu olsa da içeri girdikten sonra her şey bambaşka bir hal aldı. Her detayı incelikle düşünülmüş konforlu bir deneyimdi. İçerideki kaplıca suyu tüm yorgunluğumuzu anında aldı. Otelin sağladığı ücretsiz bar da bunu keyiflendirdi. Dönüşümüzde otelin sağladığı shuttle ile Gora istasyonuna giderek Hakone Tozan trenini kullandık ve Odawara’ya gittik. Bu hat yaklaşık 700m rakımdan deniz seviyesine iniyor. Dünyada deneyimleyebileceğiniz eşsiz bir tren yolculuğu sunuyor, bunu da denemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Ulaşım kısıtlı, akşam saatlerine bırakmamak en doğrusu.

Spacious room

There are many many things wrong with this hotel, and if you are reading this TRUST ME, don't come here. TLDR: Very sloppy planning, bad food, old and dated building, heavy mold in the bathroom, and MORE. First of all we had one of the more expensive suites (SEN suite) which was around €1250 per night. The elevator there felt old, used and unsafe (from the 80s), like I'm in the ghetto. All the halls stink of old fish, because they serve the food within the halls. Days before we checked in, they asked about food we like and don't like. I clearly wrote that my girlfriend does not like fish, and does not eat it. We arrive, our first meal comes: Fish broth, eel, crab, sashimi, clams, and more. They said these aren't fish, just other sea food. Clearly, someone who does not like fish, does not like fishy food. How disrespectful? Second of all (I myself, like fish) the food was HORRIBLE. I am someone that can eat a 10 course culinary meal, aswell as a simple food, I am not a food snob and I am never picky with food. I like any and all food, but trust me when I say this felt like they found dog food in an old cabinet and threw something together. Every food was SLIMY JELLY VINEGARED WEIRDNESS, and the chefs SHOULD be fired. This was the worst culinary experience of my life, I cut the experience short at our fifth round and said we are full. It was THAT bad. I wouldn't let my dog eat it. How can even the Japanese reviews I've read say that this does not even come close to Japanese food, and that they feel sad for the westerners thinking it's their food. And then the food options: There is NO other food available, no restaurants in or around the hotel, no room service options for food. You just starve and go to sleep hungry.
