Village Period Cottage Next to a Idyllic Stream

The cottage is lovely, homely and perfect to come back to after busy days on a work trip.

The cottage was comfortable, in a lovely location and far better value than a hotel.

A lovely little cottage in a perfect setting with parking available. Quaint would be the description for us.

A period renovation in a period style.

Property size and focus on Period authenticity precludes having some more modern comforts. The owner however was always more than willing to listen and respond to requests.

Comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Cooking facilities. Near the Coop.

A bit cold on arrival the first day.

Easy check in Clean Garden felt a bit more secure this time. Hosts respond to questions andallowed early check-in

Would be nice for coffee etc to be left for use Light in garden didnt stay on long enough so perhaps an option to have on while using garden in evening Lamp nearly toppled a few times Instructions for heating is needed I turned it down as it was hot when we arrived when we came back later it was freezing but then took hours to heat then over night was sweltering A freezer so you can book longer stays Large unit not needed in TV room as takes so much space Blinds needed in kitchen

Very quiet area. Easy parking. Couple of pubs & co op shop less than 2 mins walk. Property was very warm & cosy. Close enough as a top over to visit the NEC in Birmingham, just 30 min drive away.

Lovely period cottage with everything needed for a short stay. Local amenities are excellent with a fab fish and chip shop a local store and 2 public houses on the doorstep.

No matches and kindling for the log burner but easily solved with a stroll to the shop.
