"Hotel gut, aber etwas abseits"

Wieso das Hotel Grande im Namen trägt ist unklar, es ist ein recht kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig bemessen, die Einrichtung gut, die Klimaanlage/Heizung war sehr gut einstellbar. Mein Zimmer ging auf die Strasse hinaus und das war in der Nacht gut hörbar. Die Hotelinfo und somit verbunden ein gutes Wifi funktionierten während meines mehrtägigen Aufenthalts nicht, um mein Zimmersafe zum Funktionieren zu bringen musste extra eine Hotelangestellt kommen. Das Frühstück ist hübsch und vielseitig, In der Umgebung gibt es leider wenig Restaurants/Bar etc. aber in Gehdistanz liegt das Gion-Quartier, welches das alles bietet. Nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlbar.

Chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station, Gion and Nishiki market. We had a room w/2 twin beds. Very comfortable and a good size. Great shower. Clean. It was our favorite hotel of the trip (stayed @ 2 others). Staff was so nice and accommodating. Several spoke english perfectly which was helpful. Lawson and 7-11 across the street if you want an early morning coffee.

"Service minimum "

Hôtel situé tout près d’une station de métro. Sinon un seul restaurant correct à proximité et pas ouvert tous les jours, on s’est fait avoir. Pas de café dans la chambre, seulement au distributeur du hall de 15 à 21h. Aucun ménage dans la chambre au cours d’un séjour de 4 nuits. Il faut sortir les poubelles et le linge sale pour avoir du change. Pas super. Pas de bureau, juste une petite table pliante et pas de chaise. Minimaliste. Je ne retiendrais pas pour un prochain voyage.

スタッフの方々の礼節が素晴らしい。チェックインや問合せ等における対応は迅速かつ的確。姿勢、礼等の所作も洗練されています。 何と言っても印象的なのは、チェックアウト後のスタッフの方々の立ち居振る舞いです。ルームカードキーを受け取って終了ではなく、たとえ忙しくても、ホテルの外までお見送りをして下さる。おもてなしの精神を体現されたホテルです。 まだ宿泊されたことがない方は、是非、宿泊されてみては如何でしょうか？心からおススメしたくなるホテルです。
