Orchard Point

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Orchard Point after moving downstairs from the amazing Bernard Point. The bedroom was beautifully designed, with a calming atmosphere and stylish touches that made it feel special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and truly immaculate. But what really made our stay exceptional was Jade. She is an incredible host! Very warm, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. From start to finish, she made us feel completely at home. Highly recommend staying here, we have stayed at 3 different apartments from reallygreatplaces.co.uk and can genuinely say all have been consistently amazing!

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived we noticed how spacious and immaculately maintained the entire place was... Every room was spotless, fresh, and perfectly prepared for our visit. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the host’s remarkable attentiveness and care. Due to a last-minute change in our travel plans, we needed an early check-in. Not only was this accommodated without hesitation, but we were warmly welcomed and found the apartment ready and waiting for us. Jade went above and beyond to make sure every request we had was met promptly, and always with genuine kindness. The location was equally impressive with all the amenities and the Marina Walk just around the corner, everything we needed was easily accessible. My wife and I both left with the same feeling that this is the kind of hospitality that turns a one-time guest into a regular visitor. We would absolutely love to return to this apartment, and to all other hosts out there — take note: this is how you create loyal customers.

Close to amenities, the flat has everything u need

The single.beds so squeaky and ridgety, couldn't use them ,just slept on sofa and floor,the noise off pub goers through out night,I had very little sleep the 3 nights we were here,ear plugs were provided, I dont like wearing them

Shower very slippery Disappointing to expect a Coffee maker but no coffee pods milk sugar etc Very hot in apartment even only 24 degrees. Need min 2 fans. 1 for lounge area and 1 for bedroom. Apartment bit too tired for the price. Towels and other linen very basic

Die Lage war gut, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Auch fußläufig konnte man Einiges erreichen, z. B. Restaurants und PUBs. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Es war schwierig, die Unterkunft zu finden, da die Adresse nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Standort übereinstimmt. Wir haben eine Weile gebraucht, bis wir die Wohnung gefunden hatten. Wir konnten, als wir am ersten Abend zurückkamen, die Haustür nicht öffnen, es ist ein bestimmtes System, das uns aber nirgends erklärt wurde - Hausbewohner haben uns dann geholfen. Die Wohnung liegt im EG, direkt neben der Haustür, die auch nachts, oft mit lauten Krach geschlossen wurde. Vor unseren Zimmerfenstern war direkt der Parkplatz einiger Hausbewohner, also insgesamt laut und hellhörig. Ein Fenster konnte man nicht gänzlich schließen, es war während des gesamten Aufenthalts gekippt! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war nicht ganz so gut, es dauerte immer lange, bis eine Antwort kam und als wir am vorletzten Tag meldeten, dass auf dem Heizungsdisplay eine Meldung kam mit Ausrufezeichen, die wir nicht verstanden hatten, kam gar keine Antwort mehr.

Excellent location for exploring the city

A note re location of nearest shop would have been useful

Ideal location. Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you’d need. Arrival instructions are nice and clear, we arrived at 11:30pm and left at 5am which in some places would be a real issue but we managed to get in and out without a problem. Located right in the middle of the city with easy access to pretty much everything. We were 2 guys there for work so we thought 1 bedroom might not be ideal but the couch bed thing was perfectly comfortable.

The ad says free parking but the arrival instructions tell you not to use it. It’s no big deal because there’s paid on street parking right outside (free from 8pm-8am) at £6 for 12 hours.
