"Best staff and service!"

The staff and service is the best hotel experience I have ever had! They pay attention to every detail and make your stay personalized to all these little things catered to you from check-in to the doorman to the spa and room attendant. Hotels can be designed gorgeous, and the amenities in this accommodation is 7 stars, but it really comes down to how it is operated and I have never met such an incredible staff and service. Highly recommend!

"Great stay"

The property is new and well maintained. The food at the restaurant is very good. It has very good view of the songhua river, the concierge is very active to help you with exploring the areas in the town and recommend local activities. Looking forward to return soon.

"Quiet and Comfortable"

Stayed 2 nights as part of tour on floor 39. Good view of river if you get lower room numbers such as 3901, 3902 etc va 3910 etc. WiFi not the best and comparable to other maintain hotels. Well kept facility and good sized rooms. Good housekeeping. Breakfast on 59th which is lobby floor has decent selection. Walked outside. It doesn’t seem to have much nearby. There’s a mall with almost all stores saying opening soon but seemed like they never opened. Starbucks in mall. No supermarket or other shopping nearby. Facility is recommended for a quiet stay.

Breakfast selection was small and food quality was under par. The cleaning lady was nice and attentive but the front desk staff didn’t do a good job explaining hotel facilities and services.
