Great Apartment like hotel

DO NOT STAY. I would not recommend this property. We were greeted by a mouse at the first room we were assigned. It took almost one hour to get another room which was ok for a couple days. There were rodent deterrent plugs in the first unit, so they were aware of the issue and still assigned us to the room. A couple days later, there was a mouse in the second unit as well as dirty bed sheets, and loud music until after 11pm. The property offered to switch us to a third room, however, it was hours before our departure. This was very disappointing since we have stayed there several times in the past. They did not offer any type of refund and I also asked why they continue to rent the units with this issue. If you want an enjoyable stay, choose another property. The level of maintenance has gone done drastically in recent months. Expedia did their best to make thing right. I truly appreciate them, however, they do need to reconsider recommending this property.

Room was okay

Our stay at Roami Luzianne was almost perfect - quiet, clean, convenient.... It was so nice to have the room to move about too - much, much larger then a hotel room. And with a full kitchen and combo dinning and living room...we could not have asked for more. The only draw back was there was only one coffee cup - for the two of us (easily remedied.......) We will stay again for sure.

The property itself was nice and clean and had plenty of room for our group. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and others that are a good walk away. We discovered on check in that the refrigerator in our unit did not work and immediately reported this to Roami. As there were no other units available, their solution was to provide a mini fridge that was barely was big enough for milk and yogurt and it was not brought over until the next day. We had food in a cooler and this did not solve the problem. Mutually agreeable compensation was not offered. All communication was initiated by us and no proactive follow up took place from Roami customer service. Aside from that problem, the property was well maintained and common areas cleaned daily. Check in/ out was all virtual and easy , exterior and interior doors have keypads and codes were provided ahead of our stay.

We stayed 4 days and didn't know the areas too well. After staying at Roami, we realized how great the location was for us. Not in the heart of all the partying so quiet enough to chill at night. The room was beautiful and clean. There is no reception, but the communication was consistent and reliable through texts. Would come here again.

Wonderful location that is central to so much. Loved our stay here. Beautiful decor. Spacious. Super comfortable beds!!! Check in could be an hour earlier like most hotels and our bedroom door could not close all the way but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!
