"great location & beautful apartment"

Property is a great location, modern with everything you need. Is up a hill so maybe not great for all but lovely views. Host was super helpful when we struggled with the induction hob!

It can be pretty loud outside for traffic so if the windows are open, we had a family in the room above so could hear a lot of their movements too. I think the check in/out times could be better, having to vacate at 9am feels very early.

Lovely clean ,only problem I have is being threatened with a £100 minimum fine for leaving 1 minute late very rude and aggressive ,also we were told to leave it clean ,obviously we did but why the rude threats !!! Maybe some manners would not go a miss,hitlar regime owners

Noise above keeping us awake for hours only 1 night can’t help other tenants so is what it is

"Lovely stay at Torquay Heights."

Great location. Clean and tidy. Cooking facilities were great. Washer downstairs was a god send, given we had stayed a week in Paignton the week before. Lenka was great and attentive leading up to the holiday and during , thanks again!

Everything was fab. An airer in the room would be an added bonus to hang towels etc on. Everything was great.

"First visit to torquay"

I loved loved loved this apartment, clean and host was very kind and homely, will definitely come back here.

Location was okay but as it was My first time visiting torquay I did not expect soo much Hill. I think the distance from the apartment to get to the beach and city centre was a very long walk. But there are buses just outside the apartment which is good I guess.

Perfect location to get everywhere. Walking distance to town and also right next to the bus stop. Really lovely apartment inside, super comfortable and clean and a very homely feel. The host was always available to answer any questions that we had and got back to us so quickly. Could not fault the stay at all and will definitely be back in the future.

I love how modern the apartment looks and how close it was to the beach

The bed sheets were not clean and the sofa had stains on it
