It was perfect ! Everything was great easily accessible smooth check in great customer service. 10/10 will stay again would recommend

Not bad. Our room smelled like dish water. We did have an issue with 2 of the 3 TVs so that was not cool. I did request service right after arrival but never got it. I would stay again.

We chose Residence Inn because of the past experiences we've had. However this has to be the worst hotel stay we've ever had. During the checking in process, we requested the temperature of the pool, none of the staff knew. They informed us they don't heat the pool. So we asked the staff to escort us to check the pool ourselves. It was cold. The pool was the main reason for choosing this location. We said we weren't interested in staying, the manager said that they were going to charge our credit card anyway. So we didn't want to waste our money, so we reluctantly paid and stayed the night. We brought in our bags, and went to place the in the closet. There were old, dried chicken bones in the closet. We photo documented this unhealthy condition. We informed the staff, by this time, the manager had left for the evening. The cleaning lady and removed the bones, and wiped the area with disinfectant. There was garbage on the bathroom floor. The dishwasher was partially filled with horrible smelling water.

it’s was very nice and clean and the service was wonderful. The breakfast was very limited when we went for breakfast, while the coffee was gone and empty. We tried to make tea but the water was cold and no hot water. The breakfast was really disappointing and the next morning was the same situation.

Furnace was too loud and blowing directly to the bed making it hard to sleep

Clean, friendly staff quiet but if you’re looking for good breakfast, it’s not that great
