The pool area was not well-kept. Dirty towels everywhere and no clean ones. Had to call front desk to bring some and she only brought enough for our family. What about other guests?

Another business travel trip with a happy twist. This hotel's location is a bit unusual in that it is set very far off the main road and doesn't have any signage on the main drag. It's a bit sad because it is a nice facility and I enjoyed my stay. I was greeted warmly by the front desk team member. She asked the floor that I would prefer. Such a nice touch. I asked for a corner room on the top floor. The young lady happily obliged. The facility has a very neat feature: a separate indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. My room was spacious and clean. It was a wonderful stay

Hotel charged me $250 because the door to the room cracked at the top during my stay. General manager refused to talk to me about it. Very unprofessional and ridiculous to be charged for something we had no control over.

Not enough handicap spots available, and not alot of parking spots available. I had to park in the next hotels parking lot
