Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel

The location is phenomenal - lots of food and bar options nearby. Very nice and trendy area. The staff was perfect from check-in to check-out - very friendly, attentive, professional and dedicated. Everyone we met was so nice. The room we had was very comfortable and quiet. 10/10 - we’ll definitely stay there again if we comeback to Lisbon.

Everything about the stay was perfect. The location was central but enough out to be a quiet space. The staff were beyond polite and helpful, with Beatriz at check in giving a lovely welcome. All meals we lovely, great choice and breakfast, where again staff we attentive and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and luxurious, with all amenities we needed. A sweet touch on the first night we received a meat and cheese board with wine and the second night, chocolates with a local liquor. Highly recommend and would definitely come back either as a family again or just me and my husband

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were consistently and uniformly friendly and helpful. We felt as if we were friends rather than guests. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The daily afternoon treats were delicious, although rather naughty. (I know we didn’t have to eat them, but ….). We ate dinner in the restaurant twice. The first time was really very good. The food (and wine selections proposed by the sommelier) were equally excellent and the service was wonderful. The second time, there was a function elsewhere in the hotel and it, perhaps, led to a service in the restaurant that was not as well organised. We felt rather sorry for our waiter who was doing his best, but had possibly not had the necessary training to look after guests without supervision. Nevertheless, the food was still good and we weren’t unhappy. Breakfast services were excellent. A great choice of everything you could want, coupled with friendly and kind service. The bar staff were equally wonderful. Their cocktails, wine and other drinks tasted amazing and they were very friendly. (Sorry if we bored Daniel and Enrique about science. They were very tolerant.) Overall, we can’t praise the staff highly enough for making our stay so memorable. Obrigado.
