Beautiful hotel! Great location centrally located to many great attractions. The staff was delightful and very accommodating.

We stayed here for three nights. Property is in a great location for wandering the surrounding streets and with an amazing viewpoint across the street. As this was originally a palace, all rooms are different; even the hallways had exposed brick and interesting details. Our corner room was truly spacious, and beautiful with many soundproof windows in the bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are in pristine condition since the hotel is only three years old . Bathroom area was large with a great shower. Staff was extremely responsive for all requests. We enjoyed the evening delivery of liquors/wine accompanied with sweets each night. Great breakfast spread. Do not hesitate to book here.

The overall experience at this hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Every little detail was thoughtful. They have curated the perfect experience for those travelling to Lisbon. Would go back.

Palácio Ludovice – Lisbon Three couples stayed here for three nights and we really enjoyed it. The location is central and perfect for exploring the city. Our corner rooms were huge, with super high ceilings and three tall windows that made them bright and airy. Even though the rooms faced a busy street, the windows blocked almost all the noise, and the wooden shutters kept the room completely dark at night. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved small touches like the heated towel rack. Only downside in the bathroom was having just one sink. The front desk and concierge were great—Claudia in particular was very helpful. The weak spot was the hotel restaurant, Frederico. Despite its reputation, the food and service didn’t live up to the hype. We specifically asked for more vegan options, and while the manager promised some changes, nothing new appeared the next day—just two tiny cakes from our server. Disappointing. Overall, though, this is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location and comfortable rooms. I’d definitely stay here again, but would probably skip the restaurant.

This is a unique property in a central location. We lucked out and scored a room overlooking the miradour. The property is absolutely stunning. This truly is a five star hotel. I am very picky about mattresses, and this hotel 100% delivered.
