Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel

Palacio Ludovice is a luxury boutique hotel that was originally a palace. Located in the heart of beautiful Barrio Alto, Chiado, and Principe Real neighborhoods. Beautifully appointed. Lovely, fairly large room with a fabulous bathroom. The only small downer was that the breakfast was good, but just mediocre. Accommodating staff.

A beautifully restored Palace in an amazing location with friendly, helpful & knowledgeable front deck staff. Breakfast was laid out so beautifully & one the best I’ve had.

Nothing really except the first day at breakfast was a little chaotic. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed & understaffed.

We stayed there for the second time earlier this month, and the experience was as great as the first time. Good breakfast, very spacious room. My wife loved the spa. The building has been restored beautifully, and we were once again very impressed by it. Location is great, with easy access to Príncipe Real, Chiado, and other areas of the city.

The hotel and staff were lovely. We especially appreciated the truffles and wine left every night with the turn down service. The on site restaurant and bar were very good as was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants nearby as well. The hotel is very nicely situated to see the sights in Lisbon. Would definitely stay again.
