Where do I begin, from the moment we arrived our experience was a 10 out of 10! Arvin at the front desk was so very kind and helpful Jose at the pool bar was friendly and took special care when making our drinks. The rooftop infinity pool had the best views for the sunsets! The staff even took time to make our room special with balloons ribbons and towel swans for our anniversary it was so sweet! I can not wait to spend another few days in paradise with this staff and their property

All cons. They have no amenities, no blow dryer, no water bottles, no fridge. The property is way to much walking to get food, no chairs for the beach, the beach smells like poop..stay at the east end. The beach has everything

Casa Astral is a beautiful hotel. Very clean, helpful staff, beautiful pool and bar area. The only thing missing is a hotel restaurant, which is something that's coming, the staff told me. A huge shout out to Victor at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to help me with all the different things I needed or had questions about. Michelle, evening reception, was a huge help, as well the night I arrived (more than 5 hours late). All their help and kindness is so appreciated!

The place and staff were nice it just seemed a little expensive for the amenities offered.

Kristal and her staff are very helpful and accommodating in every way. They took the time, to explain la isla life, and gave great recommendations each time we asked. The hotel has a beautiful view from every angle, and the roof top infinity pool and hammocks all overlook the island. The hotel is located in a perfect location, with short walks to eateries, beach clubs, and convenience store. The hotel is a perfect balance of far enough away, but not too far away from the busier “main” strip of shopping and clubs. Will be returning for sure!!

My wife and I chose Casa Astral for our honeymoon in Holbox, and we are so pleased with our decision. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooftop pool is stellar. All staff who we met throughout our 9-night stay were fantastic. Special shout-out to Lau and Victor at reception and Juan at the rooftop bar! They’re amazing and went above and beyond to make our special vacation even more memorable. The hotel is almost as beachfront as is gets, as there is only one property that separates Casa Astral from the pristine, white sand beaches of Holbox. To get to the center of town, a quick 10-15 minute walk along the beach is all it takes. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers looking to explore a unique part of Mexico for their next trip!

My sister and i stayed here not knowing what to ecpect as it is a newer hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. I knew from a previous trip that this hotel was on a great location on beach. Not far away from town center to walk but far enough to be away from the noise. It was right by beach and had a nice rooftop pool with amazing views and to watch sunset. The beach here is nicer than that closer to center of town. Crystal the manager and Victor were so attentive and made sure we were taken care of. They helped set up taxis and tours and gave us tips for getting around to the must see sites on foot. I wish a little more was included for breakfast only because I know how great included breakfast are on the island as far as fruit. But they are adding a restaurant so I'm sure they will soon include more options. A mini fridge would be nice to have in room to keep cool drinks on hand. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. We loved our stay.
