No one to call for emergency no security at nightime

The view from the pool was amazing!! The beach was only a few yards from the hotel! Our room was very clean! We loved it here! The best costumer service, the whole staff was amazing and very welcoming! We will return! Thank you

We had no power for one entire day, no running water, we had to sleep with the door open, our room was next to an access road there was traffic and noise the entire night, we lost power on Saturday so we couldn’t shower or eat at the hotel that night.. we were offered a common shower and common bathroom… one bathroom and shower for the entire hotel .. disgusting… people at the island said that this happens often at this hotel … I understand the staff has no control over this and they were nice and polite but the manager refuse to credit the night we couldn’t sleep shower or do anything for an entire day, not an even an apology from him … I would avoid this one place … when we checked out we were over charged when asked for a receipt for the drinks that supposedly we had they couldn’t provide any…

Buen hotel, buena ubicación, 10-15 min al pueblo caminando por la playa o las callecitas de arena, muy agradable. El espacio común del rooftop está precioso, la vista es increíble y la piscina infinita. Cuartos cómodos , lo único serían las sábanas que son rasposas

El lugar nuevo !! Su gente muy atenta y servicial , michelle en recepcion , alex en la barra de la alberca y el chef diego muy atentos al igual que todo el personal , si hicieron falta detalles desde el dia 1 , jabon y shampoo en el 2do baño , en el principal habia 3 botes y tardamos un rato en saber cual era cual .. El dia sabado nos quedamos sin luz desde en la tarde hasta las 5 am que volvio , era insoportable el calor , tambien nos quedamos sina gua en la noche .. no habia forma de refrescarte el calor era insoportable ... mi esposa prefirio intentar dormir un rato afuera tapada con una sabana por los mosquitos ... no tiene planta de luz , aun que los demas hoteles si .

Clean comfortable room. Friendly & helpful front desk staff who could speak English. Also very friendly restaurant and bar staff. Only complaint was that the beach by the hotel had too much seaweed to swim in however there is a nice beach club restaurant a 5 minute walk from the hotel with a clean beach for swimming.

This place exceeded my expectations. It had a lovely roof top area with pool and bar. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The balcony was super relaxing and spacious. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It was farther from town, then we wanted. Not very many restaurants around could not walk back at night from town because of darkness and no lights. The only beach beach club that was convenient was expensive.

Construction on site all day. Hotel did not advised about this beforehand. Not compensated for the fact that was noise all day. Not so close to center of island.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and had a very relaxing and beautiful stay! The hotel looks like it is just opening, so a lot of the main things like room service/restaurant did not seem to be operating, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby and in Holbox and so that was not an issue for me at all! (a really good restaurant nearby called La Cabane! for breakfast, lunch, and dinner options)! The room itself was very beautiful and had a local chic feel to it. The property felt safe and I especially enjoyed meeting the front desk team Arvin and Michelle who were friendly and local to Holbox and talked about things to see and do around Holbox! really cool people! The only thing I would say to consider is that this hotel is a bit further out from the center of town (this was perfect for me) as I do not like the noise and crowds, but it's definitely walkable to the center of town where the roo-haha happens.. (about 10-15 minutes walking). It's perfectly safe to do so, even at night when it's pitch dark and walking under the star lit night, (though there is plenty of golf cart taxis you can take you there and back as well!) - a taxi to the hotel/center of town/ferry should be around $150 MXPs each way (definitely not more than 200 or around $7-10 USD) fyi. - the nicer swimming beaches are going to be further up toward Playa Mosquito, but those hotels start to get more expensive, rowdier + older (from my research) - point being there is something for everyone
