Casa Astral Hotel Boutique and Apartments

Nuestra estancia en Casa Astral fue muy placentera, buena atención desde que llegamos nos recibió Angel con mucho cariño,respeto y profesionalismo. Estuvo toda la estancia pendiente a nosotros y cómo la estábamos pasando y de qué si necesitábamos algo. En un punto le dije que el agua caliente no estaba llegando al cuarto y enseguido se ocupo de eso. Celebramos aniversario de casado y nos decoró el cuarto con pétalos bien bonito. El hotel muy cerca de la playa a unos pasos que luce cómo una pisicina gigante. El desayuno continental con café, frutas,pan,yogurt granola,bastante bueno y hay opciones más completas pero debes pagar. La isla en general no es nada barata desde los taxis,los carritos de golf y la comida no muy barata así que la idea es ir bien preparados 💰 💲 La toallas limpias, todos los dias hacian el cuarto, internet muy bueno,la seguridad buena. Una cosa no hay elevador por ser una isla

The hotel was nice, but a few amenities were missing, like a hair dryer. Did not receive any VIP benefits.

This cool hotel is less than 1/2 block from a beach, a short walk to beaches that are nicer to hang out. The room was very clean and had good AC. Bed was comfortable, pillows less than luxurious. Due to rain we spent time at the hotel as some of our planned activities weren't possible. The restaurant and rooftop bar has excellent service and tasty, nicely presented food. Special acknowledgement to chef and to Ismael for making our stay special, and to the manager for great communication!!

The hotel is beautiful… very clean and nice… the only bad thing was being over charged at the restaurant and roof top bar..they double charged and tried to charge us for things that we didn’t order… I felt ripped off.. which was too bad because we would have eaten and drank there the whole time

First, it is on Holbox; which is AWFUL don't go. Flooding, sewage in the streets, smelly, etc. Beaches ugly and not swimmable due to seaweed, etc. No one helps you with your bags. Restaurants doesn't have more than half the items on the menu. Staff pretends they can't speak English. Items in room not working. You have to walk along a beach and then through muddy puddles knee high to get to a restaurant. Did I mention the smell!??
