One staff member Alvin was standoffish, tv was not working he really didn't care or showed he was too busy, we had reserved a ocean view room and he said you didnt have any. We got another staff member to change our room. Carlos was excellent great staff member

Amazing hotel with one of the most beautiful views in Isla Holbox. The rooftop pool and hammocks were literally The cherry on top.

Fantastic experience. Rooms were so clean and beautiful. 1 minute walk to the beach with views of the water from every balcony. A good restaurant downstairs and a small beach club next door with lots of other options. Took less than 15 minutes to walk downtown. Less if you ride a bike but it was raining a lot so walking the beach was often the best route. Super friendly staff. Only negative was our ac stopped working on the 2nd to last flight and it was pretty hard to sleep through that. Other than that, everything was perfect.
