The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly, and the dinner menu delicious! Good location too! A good place to stay if travelling solo.

lovely boutique hotel - relaxed feel, simple, not over-the-top, service was great, restaurant/bar next door very good food/drink and reasonably priced. room was clean, cozy, quiet, private, with all amenities available. quirky, fun spot in a great location. if you want spotless perfection then this probably isn't your thing, but if you want something with a bit of character and friendly feel then i'd definitely recommend.

Lovely homely and well decorated/designed place to stay. Nice fresh milk with the room and enjoyed having everything I needed for a fleeting one night stay. Casual, friendly and professional service from the staff. Bathrooms was clean and well stocked, great shower pressure. Dimmer lighting in the bathroom.

Room was beautiful & staff were super friendly. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is that the messaging seems a bit mixed regarding their kitchen opening times, which is a shame. Extra treats for our pup were very appreciated, and the bathtub in our room was to die for. Thank you!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and great decor. We were with our small dog and it’s a properly dog friendly hotel, so she could join us for breakfast and drinks in the bar. Will definitely be staying here when we’re next in Bristol.

Super comfortable hotel, with friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. The bathrooms are particularly good - great shower and huge, deep baths. I love this hotel!

The hotel itself was great and I thought good value for money given facilities and location.

The staff are awful - inattentive, forgetful and carrying a too cool for school attitude that is like a new passive agressive take on Basil Fawlty style service.
