"Perfect location, nice promenade along the waterfront, big modern building but uncomfortable beds/pillows"

Great location, lovely view from hotel room and good air con. Bar area large and good area to relax in.

We had dirty hand towel, that was stained and had hair on it. I returned it to reception, they apologised and said they’d sent up a clean towel but they never did. Bed was very hard - not too much of a problem as we like firm mattresses but the pillows also hard and uncomfortable. We both didn’t sleep well due to this
