Boutique Hotel EL NIDO Holbox

Great hotel, clean and spacious. Decorated beautifully and amazing pool. Located far from the center but still walking distance for those that are up for 20 min walk.

The breakfast that's included with no real options- only yogurt with granola and fruits, for us it was enough but not something that is OK... Also we tried contacting the property in advance to make a change in our booking and let them know we are coming late- and they didn't answer our calls and messages for 3 full days!! Very annoying and updating, never apologize and behaved like this is not their problem that they do not answer the booking.com chat..

The Hotel's "charge des affaires" is the best. Best meaning accommodating, attentive and cares for its cliental. This place brings service to its cliental. Absolutely recommend with no reservation.

Stylish - nice pool

The location not great when it rains - a lot of deep paddles around so hard to get to and from - taxis often not willing to take you there cos of the bad conditions. Also, breakfast could be a bit more varied.

El Nido is such an Incredibly Romantic Gem. The ambiance was felt immediately by My Partner & I. The Proprietor has done an Exceptional job creating a delightful and uniquely tranquil atmosphere. The energy of the space was just what We were hoping for on the Island. Very well managed & maintained. The staff was great…helpful and very detail oriented. They definitely made sure Our stay was pleasant. We will absolutely be returning for another stay next time We make it to Holbox. What a Beautiful Property!!

En general excelente. El lugar pequeño pero tranquilo y con todo lo mencionado en la descripción. A dos cuadras de la playa. El servicio de Alberto, de mucha calidad y muy servicial. Nos incluía desayuno continental. Y se podía ordenar desayuno más completo por un bajo costo extra. Realmente pasamos unos días relajados y muy placenteros.

Overall the hotel it's really nice despite the long distance from city center.

We booked a king and a superior room but despite paying 140 dollars more the rooms were exactly the same. One of the rooms was located above the kitchen and the noise coming from downstairs was really bad. Hot water isn't available all the time as apparently it's not enough for all the guests. If ypu choose this hotel, just take the chaper room as all the rooms are the same, they charge your more money for exactly the same type of room.
