The location was excellent for the trade show, and the unit was reasonably comfortable. However, the ongoing pipe noise significantly affected our ability to sleep.

The unit had very noisy pipes throughout our stay. From Day 1 to Day 5, the noise was particularly disturbing, especially on Friday night, and significantly affected our comfort and sleep. We were in the area for work and were generally out during the day. However, after a long day, we expected to be able to return to the unit and have a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the constant pipe noise made this very difficult. We were advised at check-out that the noise was caused by pipes on certain floors. If the issue is already known, we believe guests should not be allocated to those floors until the problem has been properly fixed.

Great location

The bed was very hard & uncomfortable. The bedding had rips/ cuts in it. I considered going to sleep on the couch. Clean and neat & nice apartment but the value didn’t add up then parking on top was an extra charge per a night.

Location was great and close to everything we needed. Walking distance to everything. Lovely apartment. Comfortable and clean.

Lifts were way too slow. Very noisy alarm sound coming from hot water system all night. Very annoying!

Location was great Facilities were great We were really looking forward to our stay however an issue with noise via hot water pipes within the building dampened our stay

There was a piercing noise coming from hot water pipes constantly throughout the building and our room during our stay. When we voiced our concern, this was a known issue, it was state that maintenance was onsite daily to fix (no maintenance people sighted). It was disappointing that this was a known issue that we were not advised about prior or at check in. When checking out, the apology was not sincere or empathetic
