Metro Chandler Extended Stay

We had roaches in our room. Had to leave in the middle of the night!!! There was dirty Q-tips on the floor when we got there.

The first room they put us in was unsuitable because we could not lock the front door.., they had to move us to another room

It was bad it was leaking a lot of water from the ceiling. Where I almost slipped and fell. I also found the smoke detector on the bathroom counter.

This was the strangest hotel experience I’ve experienced. Had to check in online, send a picture of my id and a selfie and then they emailed me a code to get in the door and my room. I think this place was low income housing but they rent out apartments for the night. Inside the apartment was clean but the walkway to the room had an odor. The noise level wasn’t awful. I was worried about safety however the only issue I had was my code only worked on one door and it was difficult to get into the building. It wasn’t the worst experience but I doubt I’ll stay there again.

Don’t expect much.

Good for the price. I reserved a very basic room, but it was clean and comfortable. A little noisy at night, but other than that everything was good.

Great little apartment so you don’t have to go out to eat all the time. Near everything.

We enjoyed our short stay there. We have stayed before and will stay again.

I used to really like this property but now the way they have monopolized the booking channels is not fair. They will only allow to book thru them if you choose to extend even if you are in the same room you will be recharged again another deposit fee over again

They claim to be for extended stay students and businesses but it’s far from fair. They price gouge
