Metro Chandler Extended Stay

From what I know the owners have decided to make more money demanding the customer only go thru them to extend not allowing the customers to search out the best price and if they do they have to recharge their credit card additional fees

The roaches was so bad that I had to sleep with the lights on worst stay ever

What I liked about the property was that it had a security. He was friendly and knew the property well when we asked directions. I felt safe since i wasn't familiar with the area. I would book this place again if i travel and need a place to stay. Thank you.

Manager was rude. Maintenance man’s girlfriend kept knocking on our door because she thought he was in there and she kept trying to come in our room after telling her multiple times he isn’t in there. The front desk is lazy. You get sent to someone overseas every time you call no matter the time of day. The front office does literally nothing. They are useless. The person over seas messages them and asks what to do and that’s all they are good for.

I came to Arizona after my brother passed away. I arrived late at night and heard yelling, laughing and loud conversations all night from across the hall. The door had a large gap around it and was not secure. I was nervous and pushed the chair to block the door for added security. The bedding and towels were clean however, there was no garbage can in the bathroom or in the kitchen. I used plastic sacks and took out to the trash outside myself. The refrigerator door needs adjustment and was not able to stay sealed when closed. On day three, I woke and found two cockroaches. One in the bathroom and one in the living room. The TV in the living room did not have a remote to turn it on or watch TV. I came to Arizona for the Celebration of life for my brother and was under duress and sadness and to stay at a location that made me feel even more defeated. I couldn't even hang up my clothing since there were no hangers in the closet. The front desk folks were kind and helpful when I asked for a blow dryer. I am not one to complain but I feel several issues need to be addressed.

I’ve been staying here for a couple of months for work. Since I’ve been here the staff has been nothing but helpful and generous from the head manager Kristy, Michelle front desk manager down to the workers at the complex. If your looking for a calm atmosphere, Pool and some dinning with some shopping down the road (Chandler Fashion Square Mall) then consider booking here call them directly as well sometimes they offer better deals. FYI!😉☀️😎

My first room had roaches. The room wasn’t horrible. Could’ve been a little bit more updated compared to the photos. My second room, not only looked like someone was staying in there, but it had all of the windows open and then dead roaches on the floor… I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior because most of the reviews for the locations in the area are horrible.

Our stay overall was okay, the property was clean. But the apt lacked appeal, very very minimal kitchen dishes no trash can. No blow dryer or wash cloths in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are NOT … and the bathtub felt and sounded like we would fall through it and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. No hangars in the closets to hang any clothes.

Staff was friendly but the property wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. There was still food and half empty alcohol drinks in the fridge. The shower was grimy. We didn’t stay the whole time and moved after 2 nights due to this and noise.
