- bring your own towel if you want a shower lol - showed up 45 min early and got charged $50 - got locked out with my stuff in my room 4 min after check out, the buildings lock your rooms lock at 10 and thats okay but i had no idea it was that strict and then no ones in the office to help lol

There is way too many roaches and the room smelled like cigarettes

Our unit was missing some of the basics for cooking a meal. We had to go to the dollar store for cutlery, plates, glasses, and a few other things. The pool was dirty and unusable. Luckily for us, Gabe the pool guy, was excellent. He made sure the chemicals were balanced for us, and we helped him clean up the leaves. Some of the lounge chairs were broken and dangerous. The clientele was mixed. Mostly friendly, but questionable. Drug use was very common. Severe drug use by one guest. I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Phoenix. For the price we paid, we could have had something much nicer.

The website pictures are deceiving to the hotel does not look anything like what is photographed the rooms look as they are for homeless people the furniture look like they picked it up on the side of the street. It is no joke scary stuff

This place was super cute. Was exactly like the pictures. Easy to get into very nice would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately there were bugs in the room. This was our second time finding them and the bed was really broken. We liked staying here for the value.

Sad i wasnt able to take advantage of the kitchen.

Bring your own cleaning supplies. We entered our suite and it had the strangest smell and was not clean. We ended up buying our own pillows and some cleaning supplies to make it a bit more comfortable. Don't let the pictures of the pool fool you. Sadly you don't gain access to the pool. This is not for short term rentals. Communication and check in was simple. The Chandler area is beautiful and it felt safe. There were a few parks pretty close by which was nice to let the kids play. Dicks, Costco, Walmart, Ikea were all close by.

The rooms were dirty, smelled of pot, bleach, cigarettes and air freshener. The flooring was broken. The kitchen area was old and had broken cabinet doors. The couch sunk in in the middle. The tenants there were staring us down. This place appears to be government housing for the poor. The halls outside our rooms smelled worse than the room itself. We left immediately. The management team was not helpful. This is the worst place I have ever booked in all my years of traveling.
