Isle of Skye Guest house

As soon as we arrived we thought about driving back home. Our room was freezing and smelt awful. The room was grubby and mouldy, it states online its been refurbished, however this is far from the truth. This is the worst place ive ever stayed, been to Skye twice before with 0 issues. Give this place a miss, ive reached out twice to them and received 0 response.

The guest house is just onto the island and is walking distance to the little town of Kyle of Lochalsh and Kyleside. Definitely walk the bridge over and the Plock. There is an old ruined castle you can only get to at low tide. So much to do on Isle of Skye…

Quiet spacious and lovely stay! Worth every penny!

We enjoyed our stay it was clean and tidy the breakfast cereals in the room were a nice touch . Very close to town and easy to get something to eat . Would love to stay there again in the future .

This hotel was very good and the room was spotless, a bonus was the breakfast range in the room which included porridge and the famous tunnocks tea cake , I would stay here again .

We loved the skye guest house lovely rooms, lovely lounge would definitely recommend.

Right on main road- we were at back of property, which was quieter. Not walkable to much. Mix-up with room number, but it worked out.

The check in process is a little unorthodox but the room and atmosphere was very nice. Much better than your average hotel room.

Lack of communication regarding there is actually 2 buildings and not one. Took us a bit to make sure we read all the signage on the building to find our room. tucked behind the main building, down a driveway to another building in the back. Limited parking at second building. We had to park at the main building and walk on the dark down a not very well lit alley to get to our room. Room was lovely. Location convenient.
