Disturbed the renovation work in the adjacent building and the noise it causes. The pool was small and cold because the sun didn't reach there. There were no utensils in the kitchen, you had to ask for everything separately from the staff. The location of the hotel is far from the city necessary transport to reach the city, road to the hotel is in bad condition.

The electronic keys did not work due to wifi issues so needed to ask reception for access each time. Would have like complimentary coffee in room.

The large living room with a stone floor was pleasantly warm, and the kitchen service area had underfloor heating. The bed was comfortable and large. The spacious balcony was enjoyable. Washing conditions were satisfactory, with hot water available quickly and abundantly; this was definitely a plus for the accommodation. The beach is quite close to the accommodation, a few minutes by car and about fifteen minutes by bike.

You have to choose one dish from the breakfast menu; you cannot choose several, which was surprising on the spot and not pleasant. The food is served at a specific time (9:00). The rooms lack good lighting, especially the bathroom. The kitchen equipment is very modest - there are few tools for cooking and few dishes. As the surroundings are still under construction, access to the house is in quite challenging conditions and may not even be successful with a smaller car, especially during heavy rains.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The power and wifi went out, I had booked for work and couldn't take any of my business calls. Staff wouldn't allow a refund and check out for us to go work out of another space. Endless debate and no English speakers. The rooftop "private pool" wasn't private and wasn't clean.
