Our journey to the hotel was an absolute nightmare, with a road so full of potholes that it seemed like an obstacle course. Parking was a mission impossible due to the deplorable road conditions. The only redeeming factor was the hotel staff, who assisted with our luggage, sparing us from the treacherous journey through filthy potholes. We had booked a deluxe room with a private pool, terrace, and patio. To our dismay, the staff initially led us to a room with just a pool and no terrace or patio. Despite pointing out the booking details, we were shuffled to another room with a minuscule balcony but still lacking the promised terrace and patio. Frustrated, we insisted on speaking to the manager/owner, only to be confronted by the most RUDE woman on earth. Our attempts to explain the misrepresentation of the room online were met with a stubborn refusal to acknowledge any mistake. The manager argued for an excruciating 30 minutes, dismissing our concerns instead of rectifying the situation. Exhausted at 9 pm, we adamantly refused an incorrect room, leading us to contact booking.com for a refund. Booking.com, however, kept us on hold for over an hour while attempting to mediate with the unyielding manager. Despite her eventual admission of the mistake, she callously refused to issue a refund. Frustrated and exhausted, we abandoned the hotel, booking an alternative stay for the night. Days of follow-up with booking.com revealed that the manager placed blame on us for not accepting the room, conveniently sidestepping the fact that it did not meet the advertised standards. After persistent calls, we learned she admitted her mistake but still refused a refund. Our money remains hostage, and the uncertainty of reimbursement for the two nights we did not stay lingers. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this property. Their blatant misrepresentation, coupled with appalling customer service, warrants them a spot on everyone's blocklist.

All the roads close to the hotel was terrible, the hotel isn’t identify facilito so we waste 30min around the hotel to find it. The breakfast don’t include the drink, they forgot to ask us about the breaksfast for the second day so we don’t have a breakfast in the hotel in that day, they arrange a solution to our breakfast in the hotel in front.

The room interior was nice and we were fully happy with it.

Not hotel fault but good to know: 1. A lot of construction around the property - constant noise from outside during working hours and even on Saturday. 2. Next door hotel is very noisy - very loud music was played all the night until 6:00 in the morning on Saturday, it was impossible to rest. Hotel fault: The breakfast was really bad. Just something preheated in the microwave - we tried it and decided to get breakfast some place else both mornings. The hotel bar wasn’t ready at all. They said they can only serve margaritas or mezqalitas because they don’t have any sodas. We ordered two margaritas but the flavor was bad, it felt like the mango was bad.

Clean, comfortable, lovely staff. Easy location. Exceptional value for money.

The property is set to a high standard. Its amenities are great including the WiFi. The pool is relaxing and the beds are amazing. The rooms are equipped well with everything you need including robes. The staff are friendly and kind. The strawberry margaritas are absolutely amazing. Breakfast choices are good and presented very well but there is a downfall… It is prepared and then microwaved when you want it. I had hotcakes which were a little dry.

The area it’s in is a little out of town so you need a bike, car, taxi to get to the town or beach. Currently in the area there is a lot of construction going on so from 7am it becomes quite noisy. There is a roof top bar across the way too which has very loud music til midnight.

The room was lovely and the small swimming pool in the room was very nice and deep, but also had a place to sit comfortably. The bed was large and really comfy

To get there the road is not properly paved and there were some serious road holes that being full of the rainwater were impossible to assess on how deep and damaging they were. Maybe bring a Jeep or just take a cab, we had a Toyota sub and still felt very vulnerable in that terrain. It’s not a massive stretch to get there (just a couple of blocks) but it still felt a bit too wild.

I like that my room was spacious. I did not like that I paid extra for a private pool but Instead received what looked more like a over sized bathtub for two (or small jacuzzi). I love to swim so when on vacation that is important to me so I was upset that I couldn't swim? Also I did not like that the hotel is surrounded by construction and basically in the middle of nowhere. Lastly I did like the massage that came with my room. The massage was amazing.

Very nice and clean

The property was clean and comfortable. Lots of space and beautiful surroundings. The staff were so welcoming after a horrible experience at the airport. Veronica was absolutely amazing and made my unplanned stay one to be remembered. She arranged taxis with trustworthy drivers, experiences and top tips for Tulum which were excellent. Without her my stay would definitely not be as safe and memorable.

There is construction work going on next door so be mindful of there being noise and construction workers being able to see into the outdoor shower.
