Friendly staff, good breakfast

Was at the top of the hotel in a heatwave so room wad very hot. Maybe could have some fans available in the rooms on these occasions.

Location was great. A decent breakfast, staff were good

The rooms were so hot. It had been extremely hot weather but there’s no through draft and the room we had only had a very small window for ventilation. The fan worked but you couldn’t angle it so it could be faced towards the beds.

View surrounded the property is amazing! Breakfast is good. Room fit well for 3 of us. Very good value for money!!

No lift but it is ok as we stay only one night. Overall still recommend!

"Amazing views in a lovely family run pub and hotel."

The room was comfortable and the bar and breakfast area were nicely laid out. Breakfast as good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely family run place.

Close to the road so some noise with windows open on the heat. Not a major problem.

Location on the out skirts of hathersage is perfect for walking stanage edge Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful . Good selection of beers. It has a comfortable outside seating area on the 1st floor for residents with lovely views

"Nice cosy friendly Inn"

Cosy friendly place. Easy safe parking space across the road

Road nearby a touch noisy (I usually bring earplugs, so it was fine)
