Windsor Luxury Studio Apartment

Nice accommodation but a couple of issues need to be addressed. Communication was poor asked 3 times if late check out was available and didn’t get a response. In addition wrong entrance code was sent, we spent 20 minutes trying to get in.

Fantastic apartment in a great location walking distance to everything Beautifully maintained and very clean It was a pleasure to stay here and highly recommended

Only slight feedback would maybe also adding blinds for more privacy at the windows

Nice clean and fresh small studio apartment in a great location.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, shops and historical sights. The train station was also close, so it made my journey into London very easy. The apartment was exceptional clean and comfortable. The owner made check in easy, and made sure i had everything I needed.

I could not improve anything. it was outstanding.

The location of the property was convenient for being in Windsor

Lots of faults found so we sent a list with photographs to the property manager. Seems that the flat had not been adequately checked prior to our arrival. Problems ranged from us having to unblock the shower filter as the water was not draining away, the cups in the kitchen were not clean, bulbs not working in the main lights, plus several other matters. When reported to the property manager they offered to come round to deal with the list of issues reported, but we were only staying for 2 nights and were out when we received the reply so therefore declined.

The property is clean and location is good. Nearly the castle.

There is only one thing the property needs to improve. The door lock to enter the room is not easy to lock. It takes a long time for the key to be aligned before the door can be opened. I think you need to check the door lock.

The property was a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from the Windsor and Eton Train Station. I was sent a very short video explaining how to get the keys and access the property which was extremely helpful and made the process straightforward. The apartment was in a brilliant location, just a 5 minute walk from the Castle and from the main shopping and restaurant area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and I was able to open the windows a small way which is a bonus as in some upper story apartments you can't even open windows. The street below was not too busy, just a short period of traffic noise at rush hour audible with the windows open but not to a disturbing level. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, pans and utensils and there was salt and pepper and some olive oil, as well as one or two unopened, in-date food items in the cupboard, possibly kindly left from another guest. There was a coffee pod machine with 6 coffee pods for my 2 night stay which was generous as well as some long life milk. The cooker was spotless and easy to use. The bathroom was spotless with a strong shower. Towels were fluffy :0). There was a nice hairdryer (and washing machine and and iron, which I didn't use). There was an abundance of mood lighting which was a real bonus in a rented apartment - a standard lamp and side lamps. There were plenty of power sockets for iPad/phone etc and the wifi was strong. The bed was comfortable and the bedlinen pleasant to sleep in. The pillows were good (for me - I know pillows are a personal choice). When I had a query with the host (I couldn't find the cutlery) they got back to me immediately (the cutlery was in a drawer at low level and I hadn't seen it, even though it was labelled 'cutlery'). Basically the apartment was in a perfect location and provided absolutely everything needed for a really excellent stay in Windsor. And the price was extremely reasonable for the area.

There was nothing that I didn't like but travellers with poor mobility or with lots of luggage should be aware that there are 3 or 4 short flights of stairs to reach the property which, I think, was on the second floor. I don't believe there was a lift.

How clean it was, everything was available to us. We were so happy with our stay. They atmosphere of Windsor and changing of the guards from our window. Everyone in the building was lovely

No lift because of the size of our ridiculous suitcases! Haha but not the property’s fault

Great location! Can watch the Guard change from our windows, which was fabulous.

If you have a car, parking around Central Windsor can be a challenge, excellent property if you are using public transportation!
