Windsor Luxury Studio Apartment

Do not book. I was never sent the instructions and on day I was to arrive, I called and was told sending in 20-25 min. Never received. I arrived on site and no one there. I called and voice mailbox was full so couldn’t leave a message. Called booking.com and they couldn’t get ahold of either so had to search for another place. Then at 1030pm that night (7 1/2 hours later) I got a call from the site. I informed them I already checked into a hotel somewhere else.

Location is very good. Close to everything in Windsor.

30 stairs to climb with luggage. No elevator. Nowhere to hang clothes. The two closets are both jammed full of cleaning supplies, blankets, and pillows. No hangersor drawers available. Therefore, we had to leave our suitcases in the living room to live out of. The unit needs a deep clean!! The dishwasher smelled awful. Kitchen cupboards and utensils dirty. Would not use the kitchen due to this. Lighting in the bathroom very dim. Check in process a nightmare. The company did not request a security deposit until half an hour before check-in. We were traveling and had to scramble to transfer the money while on the road. Eventually, I gave up and had to call in and figure it out.

The location was perfect and the studio layout was very clever

The bathroom light was very very dark therefore it was very frustrating that we had to use our phone torches in the shower for extra light. The dishwasher doesn’t wash very good

Getting the keys was a little complicated. A locked box at the entry would have been easier.

If need to be picky it’s no lift with all luggage and no coffee pods with the coffee machine

Fabulous location and a modern clean apartment.
