Nepoměr cena/ kvalita. Po ubytovani jsme az na plazi nahodou zjistili, ze vsup do vidy na 3 dny zakazan. Hotel tyto informace ne ze by zatajoval, ale zadne vyrazne znaceni a informovaní hostu se nekonalo. Misto dvou povodne rezervivanych a jiz na jednu noc zaplacenych pokoju byl nam po prijezdu nabídnut za stejsou cenu apartman s rozkladajici pohovkou, s ktere hned vypadli casti rostu, pomackane povleceni, kde deka nekorespondovala velikosti povleceni. Pro naseho 188 cm vysokeho syna a manzela - pro dve osoby- vyloženě nepohodlne a nevhodne spani. Uklidovy service(vetsinou uklizelo hned nekolik specialistek) zastavil uklid v pulce( sundane povleceni, vse rozhozene na podlaze) v 13 hod a odesel asi na obed. Hlavni manager se na to prisel podivat osobne a jako kompenzaci nabidl nam slevu200€ z ceny jedné noci Vecere v restaurace Spazio za 310 € byla o nicem. Kovove zidle bez polstaru, porce catch of the day cca 70 g. Asi to bylo vsevhno co chytili:) Nejsou mistnosti na prevleceni. Po check out v 11 hod bylo nam nabidnuto prevlect dite na nejvic frekventovane pouzivanem wc u bazenu. Z hygienickych duvodu to bylo silene. Personal je mlady a malo vyskoleny. Slecna která nam ukazovala rezort i pres nasi neochotu jit do detailu si opakivane pokladala otazky odkud jame a cim se zabyvame coz je pro rezort takove urovni je nevhodne. Za 5 noci skoro 13 000€. Tuto castku bych spis doporucovala utratit nekde jinde a rozhodne ne v tomto rezortu.

Location was good but would have liked a walk into town but located in mountains every member of staff really nice and helpful very clean low noise level 1 member of staff stood out great personality nothing was too much trouble shout out to hamza he looks after pool area and bar

Accommodation is nice

Service was far from perfect. Noone ever send any offer to book a table for lunch or dinner-as a result could not find a single place in tge restaurant fir dinner for me as tge guest who lived in tge hotel. Service at breakfast was too slow. 25 min to wait for a porrige. I decided to call and order in advance-noone answered the phone… only on a third day a senior manager (was really nice) was visiting breakfast-personell changerd immeciately and even selection of food changed..And in the snd during check out the autaumatically added tips… 56 euros…

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the resort, staff were extremely attentive but we had to leave a review and mention Hamza! He made sure we had everything we need and was so friendly, a credit to the 7 pines team! 😊

It's a little piece of paradise. This was a special occasion for my family, so we reserved one night as a very-very special treat and every penny was worth it. The grounds are stunning with beautiful beaches. All the facilities inside are amazing: gorgeous pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurants including the world's best pizza (it really was). We go a family suite overlooking the pool and it was perfect. The staff was so attentive, my daughter said we were treated like royalty, and I agree. We had a late flight and they offered us to keep our room late at no extra charge, which was very kind. We did not want to leave. It's not a place I could afford to come back to every year, but if you are looking for a very special and memorable experience, I would strongly recommend it.

Globalist stay with suite upgrade award to a ocean view suite. Suites are on a smaller side but was nice to have. Service was amazing. Hotel staff anticipated needs and were accommodating. Hotel restaurant on the pricey side so we mostly ate at local restaurants, which was worth the drive. The pizza restaurant at the hotel was good but overrated and overpriced. Overall, stay was excellent and would come back here.

The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20-25 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room. One day when the weather wasn’t great we decided to play tennis court, this cost us €80 for an hour! It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. Sardinia is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!
