Mostly the dirty smelly Brocken limescale bathroom complete with spiders and cobwebs and a kettle still full of dirty water !

Location, free parking and friendly staff

No handles on windows, dangerous and couldn’t close properly. Curtains were very worn and didn’t block out light. The milk for tea/coffee had gone off and only 1 role of toilet paper - we did tell staff about those 2 issues but nothing dome. When you flushed the loo it made terrible prolonged noises. View was of a building sight.

The location was good.

Being given a room that was damp and had a constant drip from the bathroom ceiling. Then given another run down room that had no way of shutting the windows and lights that did not work.

Nothing. Absolutely dreadful place.

Filthy, tired, old and smelly. Broken mirror. Old furniture, home in wall. Ripped curtains. Disgusting toilet and shower was mouldy and broken. Pictures on website do not match reality.

"It was too loud to sleep, and was treated differently depending on the staff working at that time."

The location for food, drinks and travel.

It was close to a flight path and we wasn’t made aware of that. The duvet was too small for the duvet cover an didn’t cover us well. We was told by one member of staff it wasn’t possible to get extra coffe and sugar, whereas another member of staff at a later time gave us extra no problem. The window didn’t have latch or lock to close the window and lock it. The other window didn’t have a safety lock so it opened really wide (enough for an adult to climb/fall out). We was told we was on the second floor but did 5 flights of stairs up 4 floors. The shower had mold and the room smelled of mold. The pipes were making really loud noises from other rooms/through the walls.

Location to trains, town and restaurants very good. Also great area to walk/cycle along Thames river

Old building, very run down, dripping taps, noisy, very small room for 3 people
