"Almost shocking"

The location was perfect for a meeting with friends. It was clean and the price was reasonable.

There were two kettles in the room, and neither worked. One had a loose base with exposed live wires.

Good location very close to the station

Room was disgusting marks on the wall beds clearly needed replacing Curtains looked like they had been slashed with a knife Can’t shut windows as handles were broken Electrics clearly illegal

This time there was a problem with the key, so I couldn’t lock door when I went to the bathroom .
