I had a really nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Came here to stay with a couple of friends! The service here was incredible Shannon helped us check in and provided such sweet service! Will definitely book and stay here again.

We’ve been raving about Kona Kai to our adult children for years and finally were able to introduce them to this piece of heaven. They both said they now understand why we love it. They commented that every place to sit on the property had a better and more peaceful view than the next. They also appreciated how convenient it was to access all of the amenities and that the rooms have anything you can possibly need. It’s so difficult to leave. We will be back real soon!

My wife and I have been to Kona Kai many times over the past eight plus years. Each time the grounds and rooms are immaculate. Great customer service. This is the place for peace and quiet with all the exotic features of a tropical paradise. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurant across the street in Ballyhoos and morning zip with Vickys Bakery. Very short drive from my home in SFL makes it that much better. We'll be back again this year.

Booked a solo trip last minute and after doing some research ended up going with Kona Kai. Very impressed with everything all around. Great price value for the area. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with anything I asked them for. Their service was exceptional and definitely made my stay more enjoyable . Beautiful property overall that captures the Florida Keys vibe that you’d be looking for. Quiet and private, which was preferred for me, and allowed me to fully relax. Would 100% recommend and will be staying again whenever I find myself back in the area.

Very calm ground and walkways were lined with so many plants. The waterfront was a nice size with plenty of beach front to accommodate the guest. Tennis courts were cleans and freshly painted. Sunsets were amazing from their dock.

Wish there were a laundry room for guest on the property.
