Perfect stay—everything you need! The place was very clean and well equipped. Kayaks and paddleboards were available, which was a great bonus. The restaurant across the street was excellent and super convenient (Ballyhoos-) We also found a quaint little coffee shop (Coco Plum Place) less than a mile walk away with outstanding espresso cappuccinos and fresh-pressed juice—such an adorable outdoor spot and the perfect morning start. Would absolutely stay here again.

We’re still here, but I couldn’t wait to write this review because our experience has been that good. My cousin and I are staying at Kona Kai in the Pineapple Suite, and everything has been amazing. Service is truly a 10/10 every single person we’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery and nature. We especially loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, which made the stay even more relaxing. There’s so much to do on-site that you don’t even need to leave, but there are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. It was exactly the kind of escape I was looking for for a few days. We loved it so much that we extended our stay an extra night, and the process was super easy. Highly recommend this place, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making this our go-to spot in Key Largo.

This place is what the keys used to be. Rooms are clean and the staff is accommodating. Grounds are well kept and the view is captivating . I’m a Florida native of nearly 60 years and this place was really what I needed for a night or two to disconnect. Thanks for not selling out .

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked very nice l, we just didn’t use them. Outdoor seating was nice.

The resort is beautiful. So peaceful and quiet. The pool and hot tub are great and the ocean views are spectacular! The staff is so helpful with recommendations for dining and places to go. Overall, a fantastic spot for a getaway!

The property was absolutely magnificent—peaceful, beautiful, and truly special. The entire team, especially Kathryn, the manager, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They also did an outstanding job decorating the hotel for the holiday season—it was the best we’ve seen.
