The location is great! Rooms are nice and clean.. the pools are lovely. The staff was just wonderful ☺️

There is not enough storage/counter space it would be a great improvement to the room to add a dresser. The lighting too is very dim.. if the blinds had the ability to rise from the bottom so there is privacy while allowing natural light in the room it would be much more inviting. Lastly, the door to room 23 needs to be replaced it is not secure, fitted properly.

There were some cups and garbage around the property, on top of housekeeping coming and half cleaning the room. The bed was made and some trash was taken out but not all of the trash and we weren’t given new Kleenex or pool towels, since pool towels are no longer found in the storage unit by the pool area. The pool also wasn’t cleaned one day and a lot of the furniture is rusted. The indoor pool and whirlpool were also closed indefinitely and there were no smores kits. To be honest, it was such a let down from how amazing last year was.

The pool was dirty. First day they had closed the pool because of dirty water!! Last day Che king out at 9;30 am the staff cleaners were waiting at the door to come in and kept on asking us if we were leaving soon!! The checking out is at 11!!!

We are repeat customers - this time we stayed for a week. I love the modern furniture, stylish retro motel vibe and the ultra comfy bed - the air conditioning was also nice for the hot spell we were experiencing. It's nice to have such modern accommodations in Dennis Port - a town which preserves the best of an old Cape Cod beach town. We enjoyed sitting in the evenings and with our morning coffee at the little table and chairs stationed outside each room. The staff, and especially the cleaning staff, were really nice, and the rooms are very clean. Didn't use the pool, but our niece did - a great family amenity. Now here's a couple points for improvement: 1) the shower tub is slippery! I noted this in a review after we stayed here not long after it opened. Several years later, this is still being remarked on in reviews. This is actually a safety hazard. Either no one in management reads the reviews (is this possible?) or they just don't do anything. But if someone fell and were to sue, the repeated reviews mentioning this hazard would not look good. Knowing it was still an issue, we actually bought some anti-slip matting at the local Job Lot. This really shouldn't be necessary. 2) As numbers of reviews also note - some hooks would be really helpful in the bathroom. Not a complicated fix! 3) It's nice that you offer free coffee in the morning, but would it be all that hard to offer little packets of half and half instead of or in addition to CoffeeMate? It would make such a difference. The little office is full of pricy merchandise and it's not just a cheap motel. All the same, please note I did give this review five stars. We enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.

New upgrades to the hotel a really nice!

The beach is a short walk and good restaurants near by. Liked the room, pool area and the grounds. I would like try one of the cabins in the future. Friendly staff.

The housekeeping staff are cleaning Ninjas! A helpful front desk, a safe town with restaurants near and shops not far. A family haven. Two pools makes it prime for summer fun.

The only thing I didn't care for were the wood chips in the drive of the cottage we rented. They ended up being tracked in the cottage and our cars.
