Clean, new, good location, spacious

The quality of the curtains. They were neither good enough to provide proper black out nor to provide adequate protection against street voyeurs. Lack of privacy. The outside corridor light went straight into the bedroom.

Staff was great.

The washer/ dryer did not work. Ruined my clothes. The tv in the bed did not work. The stovetop did not work.

Just off the main strip. Easy walk to free transportation Love the fact of having Kitchen to being able to make own meals.

Lots of noise from some sort of equipment not sure if air conditioning or ??

We loved the gated parking, friendly staff, clean room and close distance to downtown shops.

The property was very well maintained. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was spacious and I love the scent of the soaps in the bathroom and kitchen. The car carousel was new to me. Never knew of such a thing. But I liked it. Straight forward to use and convenient. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around and it took me about 40 minutes to walk down to the waterfront. Didn’t feel as long as it was because there was so much city to look at. Nice little picturesque town. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

The property was modern, clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need (including a Dyson blow dryer) for a pleasant stay. It felt more like a contemporary apartment complex than a traditional hotel, which gave it a welcoming and residential feel. The staff was helpful, responsive, and readily available to answer questions or assist with anything needed. Prior to check-in, I was provided with an entry code, and the entire process was seamless with no issues at all. Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable experience.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the location was a bit farther from the main attractions and activity areas than I expected. That said, it wasn't a major inconvenience and actually provided a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.
