Comfortable , location convenient to shops and subways, staff was very helpful and easy access.

We liked everything.

The presence of the elevated train line is quite loud - but you do get used to it and are able to zone it out. It doesn't run overnight, but does start quite early in the morning.

O prédio é literalmente na frente do metrô, em 15minutos estamos na ilha conectados a qualquer linha necessária. A cama é confortável e o nosso apto era espaçoso.

A internet não funcionava, dependemos do 5g todos os dias mesmo dentro do apto. O check in apesar de fácil é estressante pois eles enviam as informações muito em cima da hora. Sentimos falta de alguns itens básicos na cozinha: sal, papel toalha/guardanapo, saco de lixo.

Great access to subway (to and from airport). Great neighborhood. Great apartment (quiet and clean).

AC was loud and windows couldn’t be opened much.

The location was ideal for means, as well as ease of access once explained by staff, I had hoped for a larger room, but for our necessities it actually service really well The hotel is right next to the subway, as well as many really nice places to eat and shop around the area was ideal for our means as well.

The staff were incredibly rude over the phone when I tried to ask them about how their service worked. Even though I booked a check-in time for two to 3 o'clock, I was confused when the staff were very strict on the 4 o'clock check-in time although didn't really hinder our stay the customer service wasn't really all that great. Another thing is when we got to the room they never really specified how anything worked. It was basically also self-service. We had also failed to realize that they never gave us a Wi-Fi password or anything like that so the TV and amenities didn't work.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, and we really enjoyed having a kitchenette. The location was also convenient, directly across from the train station and within easy walking distance of several restaurants.

There were five of us staying in the apartment, which meant one person had to use the sofa bed. Unfortunately, my son was not provided with any pillows or blankets for it. We ended up removing the sheets and bedding from one of the beds so he would have something to sleep with. In addition, every day we came into the lobby and found other guests unable to access the property because they had not been given an access code and were locked out.

The location was very good and very near subway station. Apartment had good size.

Bedroom furnitures were old and there were not enough towels for guests (it should have 6 as it was booked and payed for 6 guests total).
