למרות שהזמנו את הדירה ל-6 אנשים, היא היתה ערוכה ל-4 בלבד. לא היו מגבות, לא היו כלי מיטה, לא שלט של טלביזיה, לא דף שמקבל את האורח עם הסיסמה לווי פיי. למרות שבהתכתבות הבטיחו שיביאו מגבות ומצעים, זה לא קרה. ביקשנו מראש לעשות צ'ק אין ב1 בצהרים וכשהגענו לא היה אף אדם והרבה זמן לא הגיבו למיילים שלנו. רק לאחר נסיונות רבים קבלנו מחסן לאכסן את המזוודות. כל חמשת הימים שהיינו שם לא החליפו מגבות ומצעים ואפילו ניר טואלט לא היה מספיק.

No tiene personal, y cuando hay problemas no brindan ninguna solución. No me quedaría en este hotel nunca más. Estuvimos sin internet, sin ascensor y sin TV durante 5 días de nuestra estadía y cómo solo se puede uno comunicar por teléfono o chat, pues nunca hubo ninguna solución

Location

Some furniture is worn and the temperature in the room was warm. More bath towels could be provided. We had no body wash soap.

It is more like an AirBNB than a Sonder experience. Let yourself in, let yourself out. No staff in site. We don't like a fuss, so this suited us. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very soft, but comfortable. View was amazing. And very close to the number 7 metro line and Trader Joes.

The instructions on what to expect when you arrive and how the booking is managed were very poor. There were no wifi instructions in the room (we had to email them to ask for this on day 2). Rooms aren't serviced daily and there is no one on site to request help from. They give a phone number in the arrival email, but this isn't connected to Whatsapp. So if you are travelling from abroad and hav a data only plan, contacting the staff is challenging. At some point we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. Also, by day 5, our towels and linen were a bit gross - it would be good to have service at least every 3 days. There is no safe in the room, which left us feeling a bit uneasy about how secure our valuables were - especially given that rooms are accessed using a code.

Location

No internet the entire stay, I contacted the property several times and got a very generic response to this issue. I booked this place specifically for work and had to hotspot the whole time. No room cleaning provided despite staying over a week, all soap bottles were empty and only one toilet paper was provided.

Excellent apartments with good location

No staff at all. It not really a hotel. There is no where to put your luggage before or after you check out. The call center that supports the place is terrible. At 6pm, I realized there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa. They said no one could bring them. I had to buy them at target which was nearby.
