No personnel / desk to take care of things, for only 4 people chairs, plates and table / kitchen ware, broken coffee machine. That the subway is (noisy) above the ground should be mentioned in the description

• Prime Location: Unbeatable access to the subway and Trader Joe’s, both located right in front of the building. • Excellent Kitchen Facilities: Unlike standard hotels, the room is equipped with a full kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge), which is very convenient for long stays. • Responsive Communication: Despite concerns in other reviews, I found the staff to be relatively responsive and helpful when contacted via messaging.

As a returning guest who stayed here in 2023 (when it was Sonder Court Square), I chose this place again because of my previous positive experience. However, I noticed several areas where standards have slipped since the management change: 1. Lack of On-site Staff: Previously, there was at least one security or staff member in the lobby to assist with check-in. This time, the lobby was empty. While I managed fine as a repeat guest, first-time visitors might find the self-check-in process confusing and unwelcoming. 2. Missing Amenities: The lobby still has the setup for self-service amenities (like toothbrushes, etc.) from the Sonder era, but the shelves were empty. It's disappointing that these small but helpful touches are no longer provided. 3. Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues: • Drainage: The bathtub drain was partially clogged, making water drain very slowly. • Upholstery: The armchair in the room had visible, unidentified stains, which was quite unpleasant to use. 4. Inaccurate Info: The Wi-Fi information provided in the room was outdated. I had to contact support separately just to get the correct login details. Overall Thoughts: It feels like the property is in a rough transition period under new management. I am sharing this detailed feedback because I truly enjoyed my previous stay here and would love to choose this place again for my next New York trip—provided these operational issues are addressed.

The only thing good about this property is the location. The Court Square subway station is across the street making it extremely convenient.

I stayed for two weeks. I begged and pleaded after one week to just get clean towels, have someone just take out the garbage which was, of course, smelly after 1 week (there is no garbage chute) and to get another roll of toilet paper (they only provide one). No one ever came to provide anything. I called the customer service line at least 5 times and was assured someone would provide the items. I stay in serviced apartments 2 weeks of every month and it is standard for someone to clean after 1 week. I wasn’t even asking for a cleaning- I asked for the bare minimum. Additionally there is no wifi at this property. I was told that the WiFi was out due to a network issue for 2 weeks straight. I do not believe it for a minute. This property just does not have WiFi . This also means there is no TV of any sort here. Also when I arrived all the dishes were in the dishwasher and they were not clean. I had to hand wash every dish to use the dishes.

Nice room

Stayed there for 3 weeks. After 3 days in, WiFi stoped working and never came back, even though we called them everyday and they kept saying next day would be good. Also, they said they would clean the room every week, but never came. We scheduled cleaning service a few times, having to come back to the hotel (as they said they could only clean when someone was in the room), but nobody ever showed up.
