Nice location next to MoMA PS1

- Difficult to find get into (no instructions we sent), room number plate was missing - Hair on the walls the bathroom - Noisy - Uncozy

The location and the rooms were amazing

No wifi and dirty lifts. The WIFI was done for over a week I notified the hotel of the dirty lifts and they still weren’t clean

The room was nice and clean. It had everything that I needed.

The wifi did not work and I could not watch TV. The bed was much smaller than expected. It was difficult to sleep because the subway station is right across the street from the room.

La limpieza es muy mala, no hay nadie proporcionando atención en el mostrador y nadie resuelve las dudas que se tienen por medio de chat. Nos dijeron que el Internet estaba en reparación pero nunca funcionó. La tina se fugaba, la cafetera aun tenía café en el filtro y en la jarra, no estaba limpia y no podiamos tomar café. Los lockers no sirven para dejar las maletas antes o despues de hacer Check In o Check out. Abajo de la cama y arriba del refrigerador está sucio de mucho tiempo, es claro que es casi nula la limpieza. Es muy costoso para esta pésima atencion

I was never sent a confirmation email needed to enter the hotel. Hand soap in bathroom totally out with not replacements anywhere in studio

Location is good and if properly managed the hotel would be great.

Self check in hotel. No staff on site. Never received my access information on time. Got locked out of hotel too many times to count. Room wasn’t cleaned. Egg shells and various crumbs everywhere in the unit. One of the worst hotel experience I had.

The location was convenient.

The experience was very disappointing. The check-in email was not sent 24 hours before arrival, so we could not access the lobby. The luggage lockers were broken, early check-in was not allowed, and we were not even allowed to leave our luggage while the room was being prepared. The check-in email only arrived at 4:20 p.m., when we had already booked another hotel because we received no solution. The room was advertised with a king bed, but we received a queen bed, and there was no Wi-Fi available. The six-digit access process also felt unnecessarily complicated, almost like entering a bank.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I was given a room that was already occupied, which is a serious safety issue. The check-in system didn’t work and there was no real support—at one point I was told to “use Google.” I was also trapped for 10–15 minutes in an elevator/lobby area with no response when I called for help. There was no internet the entire stay. I also encountered other guests having the same problems. This property should not be listed as a hotel. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Location is good, close to 24/7 diner and to subway. About 15 minutes to Manhattan. Apartment is spacious

- The apartment was not clean, it was dusty everywhere - Under the bed, I found a pair of dirty socks - On the counter next to my bed, there was a pair of dirty earplugs left there - The air conditioning system is loud and noisy - The rooms do not isolate sound properly, I often thought people in the next room were using our bathroom - No wifi - I got stuck outside the hotel for about 40 minutes at night because the system was down and the code would not open the main gate. - For the quality we got, this is extremely overpriced
