Very cozy rooms with amazing bed and pillows. The location is perfect in a very quiet street but walkable distance to the center and nice cafes / restaurants. The hotel is super new, with a very nice design and rustic vibes.

To say something, it would be cool if they had a place to refill water bottles instead of giving plastic ones.

It is a nice, new looking hotel, at a good location (few blocks away from the centre). The room is spacious and has good facilities.

There is no heating and it can get cold at night. Not really comfortable to chill in your room in the evening, at day time it is okay! Also they are quite strict. The coffee machine stands on a very small table and you have to take the water container out to fill it up. At our first day one of us accidentetly dropped the container and a very small corner broke off the container. It was still working properly and you didnt even notice. We used it several times after without any problems and even noticing. They saw it while cleaning the room and questioned us afterwards like we did something really wrong. Also they charged us a crazy amount of money: 500 pesos! (checked it online and you can buy one for way less). While it was still working perfectly: we bet they don't even going to replace it. Ofcourse we want to pay something if we damaged something in our room, but this was way out of proportion.

lovely room with a nice design, lots of space, nice bathroom with a hot shower. well located within walking distance of everything we needed. strong wifi. good value for money.

although everything was lovely we did unfortunately get some bed bug bites here.

The hotel is really cute, staff are super nice and helpful, and it’s in a great location just up the road from a couple of excellent cafes

There’s no ventilation in the room, so when you shower, everything gets very steamy
