"Exceptional"

A roomy, clean and comfortable cottage for two in a super spot just south of Ripon. Even has a 'dog field ' right behind it. Gail is really helpful and also very generous in leaving goodies such as fizz, biscuits and chocolate for us. Even has all toiletries and radio etc. Really, you want for nothing. Thanks Gail. We'll be back 😀

The cottage was so clean and had everything in it that you would need. Really felt like home from home. The cottage was very close to Ripon. Gail was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The Host, Gail, was lovely. Everything was perfect. She met us upon arrival and explained everything. We would visit again. The property was peaceful in a lovely part of the country. There is a lovely pub, a 5 minute drive away, with a lovely atmosphere and great food.
