Location was central

Shortly after making our reservation almost 4 months ahead of travel, our itinerary changed and we asked if we could switch our days, if they could try to rebook, offer a partial refund, etc and they couldn’t have been less helpful. We travel 4 months a year and have never been so roundly dismissed. Stayed at Deep Pool and the staff were lovely.

Port Fairy is a very old destination and the hotel, with only six rooms, is an old building that has been tastefully renovated. Ideal for a stopover on the Great Ocean Road when travelling from Melbourne.
