The Oak & Anchor Hotel

Was lovely room in a great location

Hated the open bathroom experience, no privacy just a timber screen no doors. Bathroom its self was great but the way it was open into the room not for me.

Great location, close to town but quiet enough for a restful sleep

We absolutely loved our stay at The Oak & Anchor. The comfort, presentation and cleanliness of our room, along with the quality of the amenities is really amazing. Our breakfasts were delicious (especially the coffee) and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to others.

The taps took a little bit of getting used to, but were fine once we got the hang of them.

We had to leave hotel for breakfast to what seemed to be a separate cafe that didn’t offer much for the voucher provided by hotel.

Breakfast was included in a nearby cafe. Onsite restaurant was high quality.

The open plan bathroom in the Beau suite would not suit everyone, and is also a little slippery.

The whole experience of staying in a historic building was amazing. The room was beautifully appointed with such a comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom. I couldn't fault anything! Kirsten was so helpful and friendly. She had great tips on the area and have excellent service. The Hotel was walking distance to cafes, galleries and restaurants. We ate at Sidro on our first night. Lovely food!

Breakfast was at their sister Cafe. It was more of a lunch menu. Still very good though, and excellent coffee

Great location in Port Fairy 😊 comfortable and quiet. Very handy to start of Port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail
