Casa Cleo by Viadora

We just stayed at Casa Cleo this past week, and loved the staff and the property so much. Every member of the staff was super helpful and patient with my terrible attempts at speaking Spanish! The room was beautiful and it was in an awesome location, next to many great restaurants and coffee shops. It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Just they didn't have ice although they had a bar in the room. We had to get our own at a convenience store.

This was a wonderful boutique hotel in a lovely area! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cleo, from the architecture of the place to the surroundings! The moment you walk-in you feel peaceful and the smell is delicious. It’s located on a quiet street and just a few steps you’ll find the first coffee shop and/or restaurant of many around the property. Thank you to all the staff, specially to Alfredo & Martin at the door, they took good care of us.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Cleo. The staff were responsive to all of our requests and very knowledgeable about dining options. The location is perfect for exploring Condesa and Roma Norte. The rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely accommodations in CDMX. It felt centrally located to the places we wanted to go, enabling us to mostly walk or otherwise take short inexpensive Ubers. The bed was super comfortable, and I enjoyed the lovely terrace with a light complimentary breakfast in the morning (and appreciated that they did not put out too much food so as to save room for all the delicious food we planned to eat once we got our day started). Customer service was welcoming and friendly. Would be glad to stay here again.

Casa Cleo was perfect for our week-long trip. It was perfectly situated in Condesa…easy walking to parks, cafes, metro, restaurants, shops. The entire staff — managers, door attendants, housekeeping — were helpful and cheerful. Out suite had everything we needed: large bathroom with tub, step in shower and double sinks; plenty of closet and drawer space; and a kitchenette/living room. We appreciated the morning breakfast on the terrace: coffee, toast, chia pudding, fresh fruit cups. The gym on the fourth floor was a welcome antidote to all the eating we did!

I was at Casa Cleo for a 4 day stay. It was lovely. I was in a suite which had a kitchenette and living room. It was clean, conveniently located, and the staff were amazing! I highly recommend staying here

Great walkable location in Condesa. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and relaxing.
