"Stunning hotel"

Hotel was brilliant, loved the way the room was styled. We didn’t end up using our free drinks as we were out all day but appreciated the thought! Staff were really helpful - we had to make a phone call and the receptionist called for us in Japanese. Great location, handy for Gion but also the hub of Kyoto and close to the shops.

The area was very convenient and was close to many train stations and tourist attraction. The hot bath and rooftop bar was definitely a great way to end the days in Kyoto! The front desk was also very helpful with luggage delivery.

Property is very nice and all staff, literally all, are helpful and attentive. They have a very good concierge. The only drawbacks are evening visits to the roof deck require a drink purchase or you can’t hang out there and we were unable to bring our friends onto the property. We wanted to visit with our friends from Kyoto without having to go to a busy restaurant or bar. Otherwise, this is a great property. In room Onsen is great. I recommend the Corner King room

This was an excellent hotel for the price. Well run and efficient check-in. Liked: rooftop bar with view and footbath (and two free drink tickets per day), well appointed rooms, onsen baths including one with outdoor view of sunrise), good amenities in room and in reception area. Only recommendation would be more dining options.

"Amazing stay in kyoto"

Stayed here for 6 nights. Amazing service, hot springs were a delight. Free coffee and sweet treats in the hotel lobby. staff at reception were super helpful. Rooftop bar was a good time and amazing views over gion. Rooms were comfy! Definitely would stay again!
